Sotsiaalmeedias jagati uudist, et riigihanke tulemusena on selgunud, kes hakkab ehitama Tartu linnas kahte jalakäijate ja ratturite tunnelit raudtee alt läbi Väike-Kaare ja Aianduse tänavate pikendustel. "Head uudist" peab muidugi jagama. Uudise juures polnud aga infot, millised need tunnelid siis välja hakkavad nägema. Kuna asjaga on seotud Eesti Raudtee AS, siis on see suur ohu märk ehk punane rätik. Võiks ju arvata, et Tartu linnas, kus on muuhulgas valminud Riia tänava ehk Vaksali sild ja tunnelid, mis on omapärase arhitektuuriga ja leidnud laialdast tunnustust, võiks iga avaliku ruumi objekt olla avalik info ja projektid on linna kodulehelt leitavad? Tutkit. Olen juba harjunud sellega, et kui ehitama hakatakse, siis projekti tuleb otsida riigihangete registri kaudu. Selleks tuleb leida õige ehitushange , siis laadida alla sealt kehtivad dokumendid ning otsida neist internetiviidet, mis viiks kusagile pilves asuvale kataloogile.
